Our sweet and refreshing peppermint comes from an organic farm at the foothills of Mount Minthi, not far from the fields where the plant gained its name in antiquity.
The leaves are left whole, allowing you to revive the aroma right when needed by rubbing them with your fingers just before use.
Peppermint makes a great herbal tea. You’ll need a teaspoon (that’s less than a g) per cup. Simmer for 5mins at 95C, covered. Strain and serve. You can also use it in syrups, ice cream, or powdered over salads.
